1. What products does NouranTrips.shop offer?

2. What is the return policy?

Nouran Trips has a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not require anyone to return anything, as shipping an item back to the warehouse in China can be expensive. We will issue you a refund for any orders that you refund your customers for, as long as it's within 14 days of delivery and there is proof of refund.

 

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

4. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, gift cards, and personal items such as "underwear for men, women, or children". 5. How do exchanges work?

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

6. What is the refund process?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

7. What are the shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $19.95 will be applied at checkout.

 

8. How long does shipping take?

Regular shipping takes 10-15 business days, while express shipping takes 7-12 business days (additional charges apply). For products fulfilled from US warehouses, shipping takes 3-5 business days.

9. How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
